About the Project

Spread between landscaped parks, these Singleton floors provide the residents the tranquility of nature and an eco-friendly environment. With individual units of one floor each, it provides space and privacy to its residents.

It comprises of 310 units and 473 plots spread over an area of 70 acres. It was completed in time and handed over in 1997-98.
