Its current flagship project is situated in Sectors 61 and 62 of Gurugram. Spread over 75 acres, this mixed-use development features commercial complexes and residential units surrounded by lush green landscapes. Launched in 2009, Pioneer Park and Urban Square received widespread acclaim and success. Subsequently, the company went on to launch Presidia, Araya, and Pioneer Square, surpassing all consumer expectations and setting new benchmarks in the industry. Mr. Manish Periwal

Founder & CMD

A graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Mr. Manish Periwal swiftly transitioned into entrepreneurship, driving remarkable growth Pioneer Urban. Under his dynamic leadership, Pioneer Urban has co-developed expansive mixed-use townships covering 600 acres, including iconic landmarks such as South City II, Greenwoods City, and Nirvana Country.

Leveraging his extensive experience and expertise, Mr. Periwal is steering Pioneer Urban towards establishing an independent brand for the future. His vision is brought to life in our flagship projects, where beautifully landscaped surroundings harmonize with a multi-purpose development. Pioneer Park, Presidia, Araya, Pioneer Square, and Urban Square are some projects that exemplify his vision.

Mr. Periwal is actively engaged in various trade organizations and professional bodies, including the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and The Young Leaders Forum (YLF) of FICCI. He is deeply committed to philanthropy, particularly in supporting educational institutions in the North-East Region as well. His passion for sports is evident through his roles as a Committee Member of the Cricket Association of Bengal, Sports Federation of West Bengal, and Mohun Bagan Athletic Football Club, reflecting a well-rounded persona beyond his business endeavors.

Mr. Rishabh Periwal

Senior Vice President

A graduate from the NYU Stern School of Business, Rishabh Periwal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. Having earned the Founder’s Award at the university, as a member of the promoter family, he aspires to carry forward the legacy of building foundations for life.

Before joining Pioneer Urban, Rishabh honed his skills at Rippledot Capital, a boutique investment bank, where he contributed to various financial and advisory projects. He also gained valuable experience at CBRE’s Singapore office, focusing on strategic planning and execution in the real estate sector.

Leveraging his extensive experience and expertise, Rishabh plays a key role in steering Pioneer Urban's strategic direction and growth. His vision is instrumental in driving the development of innovative and successful projects that align with the company's mission.

Rishabh is deeply passionate about sports, having represented his school, university and district in various sports as well.
